Our 4-Stage Quality Control Process

We inspect products throughout the manufacturing process—not only at the end. From incoming acrylic sheets to final shipment, our QC process checks materials, dimensions, appearance, finishing, assembly, packaging, and order quantities against the applicable specifications.

Stage 1: Incoming Material Inspection

Before Production Begins

Quality starts with the material. Incoming acrylic sheets are checked before they are released for production.

Incoming quality inspection of acrylic sheets at Sanait

What We Check:

  • Optical Clarity — Visual inspection for bubbles, inclusions, haze, and other visible defects
  • Thickness Accuracy — Thickness verified with digital measuring tools against the applicable specification
  • Surface Integrity — Inspection for scratches, scuffs, contamination, and protective-film defects
  • Color Consistency — Batch matching for colored acrylic sheets where applicable
  • Material Documentation — Relevant material and test documentation reviewed when required for the project

If It Fails:
Material that does not meet the applicable specification is rejected or held for review before production. We do not release unapproved material for manufacturing.

Stage 2: In-Process Inspection

During Cutting, Forming & Finishing

In-process checks help identify dimensional, finishing, printing, forming, and assembly issues before they move to the next production stage.

What We Check:

  • Cut Dimensions — Checked against production drawings and approved specifications
  • Edge Quality — Inspection of polished edges for chips, unevenness, scratches, or haze
  • Bend Angles — Formed parts checked against the required shape and dimensions
  • Print Alignment — Positioning and appearance checked before and during production
  • Assembly Fit — Hardware, bonding, and component fit checked where applicable

If It Fails:
Issues are addressed at the production stage where they are found. Parts that do not meet the applicable specification are corrected, reworked, or remade before proceeding.

Stage 3: Final Product Inspection

After Assembly, Before Packing

Finished products are checked against the approved sample, drawings, specifications, or other agreed reference materials before packing.

What We Check:

  • Approved Sample Comparison — Appearance and construction checked against the approved reference
  • Surface Inspection — Inspection for scratches, fingerprints, bonding residue, and visible finishing defects
  • Assembly Integrity — Component fit, bonding, hardware installation, and overall construction checked where applicable
  • Print & Engraving — Alignment, appearance, and adhesion checked where applicable
  • Final Dimensions — Key dimensions re-measured against the approved specifications

If It Fails:
Products that do not meet the approved requirements are rejected for correction or remanufacturing before shipment.

Stage 4: Pre-Shipment Inspection

Packed Order, Before Leaving the Factory

Before an order leaves the factory, we verify product quantity, packaging condition, labeling, and applicable shipping documentation.

What We Check:

  • Packaging Condition — Protective film, foam, corner protection, and other agreed packaging materials checked
  • Quantity Confirmation — Order quantity cross-checked against the purchase order
  • Carton Condition — Packaging inspected for visible damage or issues before dispatch
  • Shipping Documentation — Applicable labels, invoices, packing lists, and customs documents verified
  • Shipment Readiness — Products and packaging checked for dispatch according to the agreed shipping method

If It Fails:
If an inspection identifies an issue, the affected products or packaging are corrected before shipment. Orders are not released until the applicable requirements have been checked.

Material Testing & Compliance

Sanait distinguishes between manufacturing quality control and material compliance documentation. Compliance is evaluated based on the specific material, test method, product, and intended application.

ISO 9001 Quality Management

Our quality management practices are structured around documented production and inspection procedures. Current certification documentation can be provided where applicable.

RoHS & REACH

Relevant acrylic materials and components can be supported with applicable RoHS and REACH documentation when required by the project. Compliance should be verified against the specific material and supporting documentation.

EU POPs

Applicable material documentation can be provided for projects requiring confirmation against relevant EU Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) requirements.

FDA 21 CFR 177.1010 Tested Acrylic Material

Selected acrylic sheet materials have been tested by SGS against requirements referenced in FDA 21 CFR 177.1010. The reported SGS test results for the submitted acrylic sheet sample recorded PASS results for the listed test items.

This documentation applies to the submitted material sample and the specific tests reported by SGS. It should not be interpreted as FDA approval of Sanait, FDA approval of all Sanait products, or automatic compliance for every food-contact application. Material and application-specific documentation should be reviewed for projects with food-contact requirements.

Supporting test reports and material compliance documents are available upon request for applicable projects.

Product-Specific Quality Standards

Acrylic Display Stands

  • Structural stability and overall construction checks
  • Joint bonding and component fit verification where applicable
  • Base leveling, balance, and visual appearance checks

Acrylic Blocks

  • Optical clarity inspection from multiple viewing angles
  • Dimension control against approved specifications
  • Edge polishing inspection for chips, cloudiness, or visible finishing defects

Acrylic Boxes

  • Lid fit and hinge functionality where applicable
  • Magnetic closure verification where applicable
  • Interior and exterior surface inspection

Acrylic Trays

  • Edge smoothness and finishing inspection
  • Uniformity of dimensions and thickness against specifications

Quality Documentation for B2B Projects

For projects that require formal quality or compliance documentation, Sanait can review the applicable requirements during the quotation and pre-production stages.

  • Material test reports, where applicable
  • RoHS, REACH, POPs, or other relevant compliance documentation
  • Approved samples and production specifications
  • Inspection records and product quality checks, where applicable
  • Packaging and shipment documentation

Documentation requirements should be confirmed before production so the correct material, specifications, testing, and paperwork can be prepared for the project.
