This page does not repeat those primers.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>Write the drawing in this order: product type \u2192 overall size and load \u2192 sheet route and thickness \u2192 joint and edge \u2192 hardware \u2192 print \u2192 destination rules (cosmetic splash, food contact, outdoor). Skipping to \u201ccustom acrylic display\u201d leaves every one of those choices to the quoting desk.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"stands\">Display stands and risers<\/h2>\n\n    <p>A stand\u2019s job is to hold a product at a set height and angle without competing with it. The usual construction is cut-and-joined sheet, sometimes with a heat-bent easel back.<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Stock:<\/strong> Cast sheet when pockets, polished edges, or multi-tier joints are visible. Extruded sheet for simple L-risers and hidden backs.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Thickness band:<\/strong> Small counter risers often start around 3\u20135 mm. Wider decks and heavier bottles move toward 5\u20138 mm or a rib under the deck.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Watch-outs:<\/strong> Undersized screw holes in the deck, sharp inside corners in a CNC pocket, and a top-heavy product on a narrow footprint.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>Angle matters as much as thickness. A 10\u201315\u00b0 easel that looks right in CAD can hide a label; a vertical pocket that looks \u201cpremium\u201d can make a bottle unstable. Build the first article around the actual SKU, not around a stock photo.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Category examples: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanait.com\/\">custom display stands<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"boxes\">Boxes, cases, and vitrines<\/h2>\n\n    <div class=\"sa-def\">\n      <p><strong>Short answer.<\/strong> Spec cast sheet for clear five-sided cubes and lid boxes whose edges will be seen. Size the lid and the walls for span, not for a catalog millimeter. Treat magnets, hinges, and locks as structural details.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>Common subtypes:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Five-sided cube<\/strong> \u2014 no lid, product lifts out. Optics and corner joints dominate.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Lid box<\/strong> \u2014 lift-off, hinged, or sliding. The lid is a span problem.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Magnet lid<\/strong> \u2014 neat close, local dish if the sheet is thin and the magnet is large.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Vitrine \/ counter case<\/strong> \u2014 larger faces, sometimes a base in wood or stone. Expansion and cleaning access matter.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>Walls in the 3\u20135 mm band are common on small gift and sample boxes. Larger clear cases often need 5\u20138 mm faces or a framed edge. A polished corner does not stiffen a wide lid.<\/p>\n\n    <p>If the box ships assembled, specify how corners are protected. That combination is different from a static riser.<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Stock:<\/strong> Cast for visible polished rims and wet hospitality service. Extruded can work for lined or short-run utility trays.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Thickness band:<\/strong> Small vanity trays often start around 4\u20136 mm. Serving trays that carry glassware usually need more stiffness, a turned-up rim, or both.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Geometry:<\/strong> A formed or joined rim beats a perfectly flat plate. Sharp external corners chip in service; a small radius is a durability choice, not a style afterthought.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Wet use:<\/strong> Condensation and spilled drink sit in joints. Design drain or a removable liner if the tray is not a sealed showpiece.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>Category examples: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanait.com\/custom-acrylic-trays\/\">custom acrylic trays<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"organizers\">Organizers and cosmetics fixtures<\/h2>\n\n    <p>Organizers combine pockets, dividers, and repeated handling. Beauty testers add alcohol and oily residue. The type-level rule is: cast, polished, cleanable geometry \u2014 then test the actual formula on a coupon. That chemical caveat is explained in the selection guide; it is not optional here just because the part is \u201can organizer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>Removable inserts beat sealed wells that trap toner.<\/li>\n      <li>Divider height should stop bottles from kissing; it does not need to hide them.<\/li>\n      <li>Print and engraving belong on faces that are not wiped with solvent daily.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2 id=\"jewelry\">Jewelry and perfume stands<\/h2>\n\n    <p>These parts are photographed at close range. Flow lines, glue blush, and a dull saw edge read as quality failures even when the stand is structurally fine.<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>Prefer cast sheet or milled block for pads, ring slots, and perfume wells.<\/li>\n      <li>Keep solvent joints off the camera axis when you can; put structure in a base.<\/li>\n      <li>Soft lining (velvet, EVA, PU) is a second material spec. Adhesive used to hold it must not haze the acrylic later.<\/li>\n      <li>Lockable perfume testers are hardware problems first, sheet problems second.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2 id=\"holders\">Brochure and sign holders<\/h2>\n\n    <p>This is the highest-volume, most standardized family. Many units are heat-bent extruded sheet. That is appropriate when the face is a single bend and the print sits in a pocket.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"sa-grid sa-grid-2\">\n      <div class=\"sa-card\">\n        <h3>Bent pocket holders<\/h3>\n        <p>Extruded sheet, strip heat bend, polish the front sight-line. Thickness often in the 2\u20134 mm band for single A5\/A4 pockets. Multi-pocket units need a back spine or they splay.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"sa-card\">\n        <h3>Framed sign \/ menu holders<\/h3>\n        <p>Two plates and standoffs, or a U-bend. Specify whether literature is inserted from the top or the side. Side-load needs more stiffness at the open edge.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>Outdoor menu boxes are not indoor holders with a thicker sheet. They need a UV-stable grade and a fastening method that allows movement.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"plinths\">Pedestals, plinths, and blocks<\/h2>\n\n    <p>A plinth is a compression and scuff problem. Hollow sheet boxes that look like solid blocks are lighter and cheaper; they also drum and show joints. Solid cast block machines cleanly and photographs as mass. Neither is \u201cstronger acrylic.\u201d They are different constructions.<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Hollow plinth:<\/strong> sheet box, internal ribs on wide faces, optional weighted base.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Solid block:<\/strong> milled or laminated plate, polished faces, no false bottom.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Load:<\/strong> sculpture and ceramics need a stated point load and a non-slip pad. Do not infer capacity from height.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2 id=\"led\">LED and illuminated parts<\/h2>\n\n    <p>Clear and opal PMMA are common light-guide and diffuser materials. An \u201cLED display\u201d is sheet plus a light engine plus, often, a power supply that produces heat.<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>Edge-lit guides want polished or properly machined launch edges and a grade intended for lighting. General display offcuts can show dirt and hot spots.<\/li>\n      <li>Keep drivers off the acrylic face. Local heat is a warping and yellowing risk even when the room feels cool.<\/li>\n      <li>Diffusion sheets and clear sheets are different SKUs. Mixing them on a drawing as \u201cwhite acrylic\u201d produces opaque lids when you wanted a glow.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>Mirror acrylic is usually a coated sheet. A 3 mm pocket riser and a 3 mm wide lid are not the same part.
