Factory programs · Dongguan

Start with the job the part has to do. Each link below opens a Sanait page for that build type — construction options, finishes, and how we quote a run. The product catalog still lists individual models.

  • Typical MOQ: 100 pcs / design
  • Sample before mass production
  • Virgin-grade PMMA
  • DDP shipping on request

Two maps of the same factory

Buyers looking for a known SKU should open the product catalog. Buyers who already know the family — a locking box, a serving tray, a beauty counter fixture — should start here, then send a drawing to How to Order.

Sanait fabricates in Dongguan: laser and CNC cutting, diamond polish, solvent or UV bonding, UV print, silkscreen, and laser mark. If the part is not in a family below, it can still be quoted from a sketch.

What to send for a usable quote

  • Outer size and wall thickness
  • Quantity and ship-to country
  • Clear / tint / frost / print coverage
  • Photo, CAD, or dimensioned sketch

Contain and present

Boxes, trays and solid blocks — the three builds most wholesale programs start with.

Sell on the counter

Fixtures that hold a SKU in a store, salon or duty-free bay.

Inform and furnish

Print holders, wayfinding and small furniture that live in a lobby or aisle.

If the build is not named above

Sanait still quotes one-off geometries, hardware, Pantone tints and export packing. Send the brief to the contact form. Typical production after sample approval is 10–25 working days; more complex assemblies take longer and the date is written on the quote.

Is this the same as the Products menu?

No. Products is the model catalog. This page groups long-form or category pages by the job the part does, so a buyer can enter the right fabrication family without scrolling a long top menu.

What is Sanait’s usual MOQ?

Most custom designs start at 100 pieces per design. Some simpler items can start lower; that is confirmed on the quote rather than assumed from this page.

Do you need a 3D file before quoting?

No. A dimensioned sketch or reference photo is enough to price a first pass. CAD helps on tight-fit lids and multi-part trays.
